About MotoRover

We are a team of passionate adventurers who believe the best way to experience a country is from behind the handlebars or the steering wheel — on roads less travelled, at a pace that lets you breathe it all in.

How It Began

Our Story

MotoRover was born from a simple obsession: road trips. Founder Piyush Sonsale spent six years as a motorcycle performance tester and auto journalist at Bike India and Car India — riding some of the most iconic machines on some of the world's greatest roads.

In 2013, he decided to bring those experiences to fellow Indian adventurers — people who love machines and movement but don't have the contacts, the logistics know-how, or the time to plan a complex international road trip.

Over a decade later, MotoRover has taken 1,000+ travellers across 30+ countries — from the silk routes of Central Asia to the coastal roads of Southern Europe, the Atlas mountains of Morocco to the wilderness of New Zealand.

What We Stand For

Our Values

01

Authenticity First

Every route is personally scouted by Piyush before we offer it to clients. We don't sell what we haven't ridden or driven ourselves.

02

Safety Without Compromise

Protective gear is mandatory. Every group tour has a mechanic, support vehicle, first aid, and 24/7 remote backup.

03

Real Cultural Immersion

We don't just drive through countries — we stop, we eat local, we watch eagle hunters, we sleep in yurts. Travel that changes your perspective.

04

Community Over Commerce

Our past riders are family. They come back, they bring friends, they stay in touch. We care more about your experience than the transaction.
